June 2013 after my friends and I graduated from high school, we snuck in to Pete's and found there was still a bunch of booze in there. We hung out there a few times, but not before raiding the alcohol. Got drunk for free for the next 2 months. Perfect timing because they tore it down after we had our fun. Thanks for the memories Pete's! RIP
